ABOUT US:

SEIDL & SPOL is one of the leading companies in the Czech Republic specialising in fire protection and building code engineering. Our services range from the research, development and products manufacturing, over initial advise and consulting, through documentation, construction and the actual work on site, up to the final system verification and building approval.

SEIDL & SPOL was established in 1990 by Josef Seidl and Eduard Vasatko whose background include 25 years of experience in fire protection research and consulting, especially research of materials for fire protection of building constructions.

SEIDL & SPOL presently employ over 50 professionals, specialists and other permanent staff, and our annual turn over is approximately  80 Million CZK.  Our modern laboratories and manufacture located in Dvur Kralove nad Labem is wholy owned by SEIDL & SPOL and it covers over 5,000 square metres with 2,000 sq. metres roofed and heated. Our research, technical and advisory services are located in Prague. In our first 15 years of existence SEIDL& SPOL quickly gained and maintain the best reputation in the industry, highly respected throughout the whole Czech Republic and in Slovakia.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

SEIDL & SPOL are offering a comprehensive service, from the very beginning to the final stage. We aim to assist you with all aspects of fire protection, considering your specific needs. We endeavour to find the simpliest, most efficient and cost effective solution to any problem which you may encounter whilst ensuring that the best quality and full compliance with the Building Codes and Standards will be met within the agreed deadline.

SEIDL & SPOL are familiar with all current regulations and our company have extensive dealings with testing and regulatory authorities. Our products and services fully comply with standards ISO 9000, and this year we aim to pass the audit for ISO 9002 compliance.  We successfully developed, and are the only domestic supplier of adhesive tiles ORDEXAL for steel and reinforced concrete pole elements, and the reinforced concrete ceilings protection with the fire resistance in the fire protection range from 30 to 180 minutes.

SEIDL & SPOL design and carry out fireproof modifications of fire dividing constructions, i.e. transom, subview, ceilings and roofs. We also supply and assemble all types and sizes of fire covers. We developed and certified special additional fireproof modifications of common one-shell steel covers in various sizes up to fire resistance EW 60.

SEIDL & SPOLcarry out the entire range of fire protection products and materials including plastic piping , fireproof sealings and pads and construction clutches pads. We also supplya range of small fire extinguishers.

SEIDL & SPOLemploy the best specialists in our field and frequently liaise and co-operate with others within the Czech Republic as well as Slovakia. We can provide the complete fire documentation for any building project of any size and industry.

SEIDL & SPOL are constantly looking ahead to develop new and improved products meeting all requirements of our customers within the ever changing world of the construction and building industries. To achieve this, we annually spend 25% of our annual profit onresearch, development and products testing/certification.

SEIDL & SPOL quality products include DEXAMIN, DEXARYL Transparent (fire-proof steel and wood paints), ORDEXAL OK and ORDEXAL ŽLB (adhesive steel and reinforced concrete tiles), DEXAFLAMM and many other fully certified and materials approved for the use on construction sites.

SEIDL & SPOL regularly publish the latest on fire protection and our  monthly “Information On Fire Protection” is circulated in some 3,500 exemplars. We also plan and deliver regular seminars and workshops on the fire protection issues meeting the specific needs of architects, investors, and other specialist. One of our Managing Consultants is the only accredited Czech Court Specialist in the field of "The Fire Protection & Materials".

SEIDL & SPOL is a founding member of  the Association of the Fire Protection Companies in the Czech Republic, and one of our professionals is currently the Association's Chairman.
