Product Catalogue Sheet
The multifunctional system of glued tiles of the bearing structures based on plates from mineral felt, permanently anchored by elastic fire-resistant compound, or by metal joining elements. They are based on ORSIL PYRO plates and moulded bricks produced by pulping a mixture of basalt melt, blast-furnace cinder and diabase mixture and processed subsequently. The plates does not include any asbestos fibres.
Exterior: Without any additional surface finish, the lining is of light brown to grey-green colour, being with regular planning grid on the surface. The joints and connections are visibly cemented with a differently coloured compound. The lining surface without any additional paint is porous and rough.
Surface finish: The completed lining may, based on a special client's request be as for colours unified by usage of a special facade paint , delivered in the basic colour of white. Any othe colours according to the agreement and in compliance with producer's capacity. Alternatively, the lining may be finished with protecting facade with a reinforced net from glass fibres.
The system is determined for fire protection of fire-resistant steel bearing structures due to ČSN 73 0810, ČSN 73 0802, ČSN 73 804 and to relating standards and they may be applied for obtaining the fire resistance OK between R15 and R180 DP1 due to the ČSN EN 13501-2+A1 and ČSN P ENV 13381-4.
The linings are suitable for:Industrial environments with industrial atmosphere up to degree IV and for any commonly either heated or non-heated interiors. The heating insulation of the construction (cold bridges) shall permanently be insulated by the lining , without causing any additional load through bearing elements, they shall remain without any cracks, and as for the construction under protection, the linings even withstand the vibrations and dynamic strokes .The lining with a surface finish may also be exposed in an exterior environment.
Plates are not suitable: Lining without any surface finish must not be exposed to any dripping or flowing water, maximally permitted rel. air humidity shall be of 85 per cent.
The deliveries, including assembly, shall be executed by J.SEIDL & spol.,s.r.o. exclusively, where all further requirements may be stated, by or other firms that are in possession of the written J. Seidl & spol.,s.r.o. licence to apply all industrial rights as for the said solution.
When commonly used as for the constructions due to par. B and with the presumption of observing the prescribed technological instructions, the lining meet the provisions set under § 47 par. 1 of the Building Act.
The antifire ORDEXAL lining was with evidence tested by the PAVUS - Veselí n.L. ,an accredited Testing Agency and certified by the AO 216 Praha
Based on the said tests and records, the Records on Specification was compiled, where the obtained values of the fire resistance of the steel bearing bar elements dependent on the ratio of the coefficient of the diameter Am/V (m-1) were mentioned. As for the proposed temperature of 500°C, the values are given in the Table no. 1:

The ORDEXAL lining system application shall always be bound with observation of the prescribed know-how and keeping the precise material composition in compliance with the samples tested by the PAVUS a.s. - Veselí nad Lužnicí testing agency as well as with valid certificates. Therefore, only the firms that may submit the written authorization, and were trained by J. Seidl & spol.,s.r.o., (being in possession of all industrial right to this application) may execute these applications. Should this condition be not fulfilled, then, the certificate, respectively the declaration of compliance, may not be applied for any executed work.
