Product Catalogue Sheet
Polygamous system of glued facings for reinforced concrete construction based on mineral felt slabs, guyed by fireproof mastic sealant and metal couplers. The basis is ORSIL PYRO slabs made by molten mass pulping from mixture of basalt, blast-furnace slag and diabase and furthermore fireproof dispersing adhesive. The slabs do not contain either asbestos fibers or halogen derivatives.
Appearance: The facings are without any additional surface finishing from light brown color to grey-green color with geometric screen on the surface. Commissures and joints are agglutinated with different colored mastic. The slab surface is without any additional coating porous.
Surface finishing: : In virtue of customer special demand, the final facing surface can be unified in color with a special stone paint, provided in basic white color. If case of need of other color shades - by agreement. The surface can be alternatively covered with float finish or gunite plaster on glass gauze.
The system is designed for concrete or reinforced concrete bearing and non-load-bearing structures firefighting protection in accordance with with ČSN 73 0802 and ČSN 73 0804 and with related norms and it is possible to achieve the reinforced concrete structures fire resistance within the limits R(EI)15 to R(EI)180 D1 according to ČSN EN 13501-2. The slabs are provided with hydrophobic preparation.
Facings are suitable for: For industrial environment with industrial atmosphere to 4th degree, for industrial and storage areas and for all ordinarily heated and heatless interiors. Facings constantly lag protected structure (heat leaks), bearing elements do not burden, crackle and they tolerate even shakes and dynamic shocks of protected structure. At the same time they insure even sound deading and improve thermal insulating features. Surface-finished facing can be exposed outdoors.
Facings are not suitable for:Slabs must not be exposed to dripping or flowing water without any additional surface finishing, maximum permissible permanent relative air humidity is 85%.

When facings are used according to point B and when all specified technological procedures are kept, facings fulfill the regulations of § 47 s. 1, Building Act.
Firefighting facings ORDEXAL were examined by accredited testing station PAVÚS - Veselí n.L. and certificated AO 216, Prague
On the basis of above mentioned examinations, calculations, expertise and inspection reports, this organization made The Protocol about Classification where are stated proven levels of fire resistance for particular applications depending on structure and protected structural members. By virtue of these data, it is possible to apply the polygamous system of glued facings for:
