Polygamous glued construction facings
for external walls and steel sheet rooflinings
A. Performance data
System of glued facings of non-bearing external walls or bearing roof structures made of steel sheet from inside. Facings are made of the slabs that are on mineral felt base, guyed by fireproof mastic sealant and metal couplers. The basis is ORSIL PYRO slabs made by molten mass pulping from mixture of basalt, blast-furnace slag and diabase and furthermore fireproof dispersing adhesive. The slabs do net contain any asbestos fibers.
Appearance: The facings are without any additional surface finishing from light brown colour to grey-green colour with geometric screen on the surface. Commissures and joints are agglutinated with different coloured mastic. The slab surface is without any additional coating porous and coarse.
Surface finishing: In virtue of customer's special demand, the final facing surface can be unified in colour with a special stone paint, provided in basic white colour. Plastering reinforced with glass fibre net can alternatively cover the surface.
System is designed for firefighting protection of inner parts from (R) EI/EW 15 to (R)EI /EW120 minutes.
Facings are suitable for:Industrial environment with industrial atmosphere to 4th degree and for all ordinarily heated and heatless interiors. Facings constantly lag protected structure (heat leaks), they can even substitute additional heat insulation of the same thickness. Bearing elements do not bear, do not crackle and they tolerate even shakes and dynamic shocks of protected structure.
Facings are not suitable for:Facings must not be exposed to dripping or flowing water without any additional surface finishing. Maximum permissible permanent relative air humidity is 85%.

D. Delivery terms
Supply and fix is provided exclusively by J. SEIDL & spol.s r.o. company where is possible to apply all your requirements, eventually companies that own the written licence from J. SEIDL & spol.s r.o. company for using the industrial rights for this solution.
E. Durability life
When facings are used according to point B and when all specified technological procedures are kept, facings fulfil the regulations of § 47 s. 1, Building Act.
F. Fire-technical characteristics
Firefighting glued facings ORDEXAL were examined by accredited testing station PAVÚS - Veselí n. L. and certificated by this organization. On the basis of above mentioned examinations and expert opinions, this organization made the following table, showing the values of tinny external walls fire resistance increasing during fire:
a) from the inner side, the temperature is given by equation acc. to ČSN EN 1363-1
TN = To + 345 log (St+1) and the wall is evaluated for reaching the limiting states of R, E and W
b) from the outside, the temperature is given by equation acc. to ČSN EN 1363-2
TN = 660 (1-0687,e-0,32t - 0,313.e-3,8t ) + T0 and the wall is evaluated for reaching the limiting states of R,E and I

G. Application conditions
The application of ORDEXAL system is tied by set know-how and by strict material structure in accordance with examined samples (in PAVÚS Veselí n. L) and with valid expert opinions. Because of this reason, the application can be provided only by companies trained by J. SEIDL & spol. (that is the only owner of all industrial rights for this application) and by companies that own the written authorizationThe certificate, The Declaration of Conformity or any other documents do not refer to completed work without this written authorization.
H. Safety and labour protection
During the application it is necessary to use the protective aids, i.e. leather gloves, safety glasses or shield, respirator when shaping or cutting, if there is a need, protective apron and after work ending and before every meal - to wash hands with water and use the barrier cream.
