Product Catalogue Sheet
Multifunctional system of glued tiles for steel framings are on the base of boards made of mineral felt liner, anchored by permanently elastic and fireproofed jointing material and by steel connectors. The base is from ORSIL PYRO boards, made by melt fiberizing of the basalt, blast furnace slag and diabase mixture, and furthermore processed. The boards are asbestos free.
Image: Without additional surface finish the tiles are of light brown to green-grey colour with a regular grid on the surface. Openings and joints are visibly bound by a differently coloured cement. Without surface dressing the boards surface is porous and coarse.
Surface finishing: Base on the customer's special request the surface colour of the finished tile can be uniformed by a special masonry paint, which is supplied in a primary white colour. Other colours are available upon an agreement and according to manufacturer's availability. Alternatively the tile surface can be finished by overlay strengthened with fibre glass net.
The system is designed for building constructions fire protection according to the standards CSN 73 0810, CSN 73 0802, CSN 73 804 and related standards, and they allow to reach the fire resistance in the range of R(EI)15 to R(EI)180 D1 according to standards CSN EN 13501-2.
Tiles are applicable: For all ordinary heated and unheated spaces. Tiles put permanent thermal insulation on the protected construction and using the same thickness they can supplantalso eventual supplemental thermal insulation, They do not load a construction, do not break and are resistant also to shakes and impact forces. The surface-treated tile is able to expose outdoor room.
Tiles are not applicable:Without further surface finishing the tiles cannot be permanently exposed to dripping or running water and the maximum permitted permanent relative air humidity is 85 %.
Delivery including assembling has to be provided solely by the company J.SEIDL & spol. s r.o., where it is possible to apply all requirements. Other companies can also provide such services but they must have got a written licence from the company J.SEIDL & spol. s r.o. for using of intangible property rights relating this solution. Any abuse or breach of the intangible property rights will be prosecuted.
When normally used in building in conditions mentioned at the article B, together with keeping all prescribed technological procedures, the tiles meet, unless they will not be mechanically damaged, the regulation of the Building law, section 47, article 1 all the time of the economic life of the building.
The fireproofing tiles ORDEXAL were attested by the testing department of PAVUS in Veselí n. L., the technical documents for the extended application were processed within the scope of the PAVUS order by MSc J. Karpaš, D.Sc. - Exp. in the Centre of the building fire protection, and were certified by AO 216 Prague.
