systém ORDEXAL^®

A.Performance data

Glued packing of firm gaps between vertical fire divisive structure and rooflining (trapez. steel sheet) or openings packing in fire divisive structures, providing their fire resistance in accordance with ČSN 73 0810 acc. to ČSN EN 13501-2. Packing is made from mineral fibers ORSIL PYRO. The slabs do not contain asbestos, halogens or heavy metals.

Appearance: Grey-green and grey-brown slab elements, laid in gap or in opening in fire divisive structure. Opening of structural gap is fulfilled with these elements.

B. Application

The system is designed for structural gaps packing at contact point of horizontal and vertical fire divisive structures, rooflining with trapez. metal plate, plastering elements, in some cases for packing of free gaps of fire divisive structures and it is also possible to achieve the fire resistance from E(l) 15 to E(l)180 with them, acc. to ČSN EN 13501-2.

Packings are suitable for: All ordinarily heated and heatless interiors. Packings do not burden, crackle and they tolerate even shakes and dynamic shocks.

Packings are not suitable for:Extremely aggressive environment (organic vapours) and for places with dripping or flowing water or to unventilated places with relative air humidity higher than 85%.

• - Certificate 216 PAVUS No. 0234/216/§5/2004 according to law 22/97 as amended and acc. to law 163/02, and set of other protocols and certificates included in The Protocol about certification.
• Enlarged examination results application acc. to ČSN EN 13501-2; PAVÚS report Z 220050020
• Declaration of Conformity by course of law 22/97 and 163/2002.

D. Delivery terms:

Supply is provided exclusively by J.SEIDL & spol. s r.o. company, that is the owner of know-how and all industrial rights. It is also possible to apply all your requirements and examined types of packings.

E. Durability life

When packings are used according to point B and when all specified technological procedures are kept, and when mechanical damage does not occur, packings fulfill the regulations of § 47 s.1, Building Act.

F. Fire-technical characteristic

Firefighting packings ORDEXAL were examined by accredited testing station PAVÚS - Veselí n.L. and certificated AO 216, Prague.

On the basis of above mentioned examinations, calculations, expertise and inspection reports, this organization made expert's statement about OREXAL system acc. to ČSN EN 13501-2 where are stated proven levels of fire resistance of fire divisive structures tight gaps. Packing thickness and its classification is in following table:

G. Application conditions

The application is tied by set know-how and by strict material structure in accordance with examined samples (in PAVÚS Veselí n. L) and with valid expert opinions. Because of this reason, exclusively companies trained by J. SEIDL & spol. can provide the application and that own the written authorization. The certificate does not refer to completed work without this written authorization.
